From my home in Bucks County, PA, I share my lifelong love of cooking and health. Helping women like me navigate the changes they experience with their health in midlife. Using my nutrition knowledge and experience to help you select and prepare nutrient-rich foods that optimize your health, allowing you to live life to the fullest.

I learned to cook when I was 9 years old. There was hardly a food I didn’t enjoy, even as a kid. We had dinner together as a family every night, even though my mom worked outside of the home. When I was a mom working full time outside the home, we also enjoyed dinner together as a family each night and I passed on my love of food and cooking to my children.

As I approached my 50’s I went back to college full-time to study nutrition. It seemed a natural choice for a second career due to my passion for food and cooking. There were easier ways to learn about nutrition and work in the field, but I wanted to learn the truth about nutrition, backed by evidence-based science. So I chose to be a registered dietitian.

As cancer has touched my life and that of my family, I donate a portion of my profit to cancer charities.
